Running until August 2027, this fully PCR 2015 compliant framework is available to all public sector organisations. The framework is designed as a solutions-based offering to complement Pagabo’s various other frameworks.

Pagabo’s understanding of the drive and demand of energy efficient buildings, with heavy focus on healthcare and higher education sector, will lead to successful schemes across the country. Cumbria, Northumberland and Tyne and Wear NHS (CNTW) will be the contracting authority for the framework, after holding the same for Pagabo’s major works and developer led frameworks.
