Running until August 2027, this fully PCR 2015 compliant framework is available to all public sector organisations. The framework is designed as a solutions-based offering to complement Pagabo’s various other frameworks.

Pagabo’s understanding of the drive and demand of energy efficient buildings, with heavy focus on healthcare and higher education sector, will lead to successful schemes across the country. Cumbria, Northumberland and Tyne and Wear NHS (CNTW) will be the contracting authority for the framework, after holding the same for Pagabo’s major works and developer led frameworks.

The framework will cover comprehensive plumbing and heating installation services, covering both internal and external projects. For example, replacement of toilet seats to fully replacing bathrooms within LFRS offices and accommodations.

A 2-year framework providing mechanical and associated works for directorates and schools associated with Wigan Council.

Seddon are proud to be appointed on this framework to deliver works for Wigan Council:

• Lot 1 £0-£150k
• Lot 2 £150k-£500k

This framework is available to directorates in Wigan Council and schools located in the Wigan borough

Scope of works include, but are not limited to:

• Boiler replacement, alterations to heating systems, pump replacement
• Decarbonisation works including air source heat pumps, solar thermal/PV, Ground source heat pumps and biomass boilers

A 5-year DPS aiming to deliver energy efficient works across the public sector.

Seddon are proud to be appointed on this DPS to deliver zero carbon schemes for public sector bodies.

The DPS will be accessible by all current and future Clients of PA. The DPS may be used by all NHS Trusts, Social Housing Providers, Local Authorities, Blue Light Services, Education, Charities and all other contracting authorities that are located in the United Kingdom. Clients may access this DPS to seek works from suitably qualified contractors to deliver carbon reduction initiatives, such as (but not limited to):

• Installation of electric vehicle infrastructure
• Installation of energy efficient electrical consumables
• Installation of energy efficient insulation and associated products
• Installation of energy efficient technology (as at the time)
• Installation of energy use reduction technology
