ISO 9001 is one of the world's most recognised quality management system standard, it is awarded to us because we have achieved management excellence in our quality systems.

IS0 14001 is the standard for environmental management systems. It demonstrates our commitment to reducing waste and protecting the environment.

Pas 2030 is certification from the government for the installation of energy efficiency in existing buildings the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) requires the certification allowing us to perform retrofit on buildings.

A government endorsed quality scheme for work carried out in the home in particular energy efficiency improvements proving that our work is of high-quality.

Construction activities, organisations and suppliers that register with the Scheme receive tailored feedback on conformance to the Code via our Monitor visit reports.

Connects suppliers and buyers. Seddon are a Gold Member of Construction Online.

The FENSA certificate provides proof that our window and door installations comply with building regulations, use energy efficient products and are registered with the local council.

NHBC provide standards of quality to new home builders and ensure financial stability.

Q- Mark is a certificate of quality and best practice in the construction sector.

Supply Chain Sustainability School is a tool allowing us to access training in sustainability, we are currently a silver member which means we have met criteria through our attendance to training and CPD events.

Health and safety accreditation

Seddon have met the required pre-qualification compliance to achieve gold. 

We are enrolled on the list of engineers and contractors certified to follow gas safety legislations.

We have been assessed as having the technical ability to carry out electrical installations.

Certified to install solar panels.

We comply with JiB's working rules for plumbing and mechanical engineering services.

Satisfactorily registered to provide Electrical Installations within Commercial Buildings and Industrial.

Member of association of plumbing and heating contractors.

Seddon has demonstrated that we employ appropriately qualified personnel in a sufficient number to cover the expected volume of activities in the installation, commissioning, decommissioning, repair, maintenance, or servicing of stationary refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump equipment containing or is designed to contain certain fluorinated greenhouse gases. It has stated that it has the necessary tools and procedures available to the natural persons engaged in activities for which this certificate is issued.

The National Home Decarbonisation group is a coalition of businesses collaborating to deliver high quality energy efficient measures on the UK's housing stock.

5% Club certifies that at least 5% of our work force is on an earn and learn scheme such as an Apprenticeship. To achieve Platinum status we had to maintan Gold standard for 3 years.
