A four-year DPS providing the council to deliver a range of projects for schools and corporate property requiring maintenance works.
Engineering Services are happy to be appointed to on the Property Maintenance Minor Works DPS for Westmorland & Furness Council.
Lot 2: Mechanical & Electrical Works
The council owns a large portfolio of property which includes but not limited to:
- Adults & children’s home and centres
- Business function buildings
- Offices
- Recycling centres
- Schools
The DPS has been split into five different lots:
Lot 1: General building, repair & refurbishment
Lot 2: Mechanical & Electrical works
Lot 3: Roofing works
Lot 4: Painting & Decorating
Lot 5: Asbestos removal & disposal
