Apprentices
Inspire
Our commitment to training for the industry started as early as 1937. Since then, we have helped over 4000 people start their career in construction and our average retention rate for apprentices is 93%.
Seddon employs apprentices of all ages, supporting them as they work towards professional and trade competence. Practical work-related tasks, that develop the skills and knowledge you need to do the job effectively, are backed up by short courses; training is undertaken on a day release and block release basis through local colleges, usually over a period of 3 to 5 years.
As an apprentice you will be working alongside a qualified mentor day to day and will be coached by your line manager. You will be supported by our Learning and Development department throughout your apprenticeship and beyond.
