The University of Worcester is a public research university based in the centre of the city.
Worcester is the only university serving the English counties of Worcestershire and Herefordshire. With a history dating back to 1946, the university began awarding degrees in 1997 and was granted full university status in 2005.
Seddon was appointed to undertake preparation and redecoration of student accommodation and communal areas including ceilings, walls and woodwork. Works were tendered on a m2 rate as a full scope of works had not been developed by the University. We worked alongside the University’s in-house maintenance staff ensuring that we kept disruption to a minimum and the quality of re-painting was outstanding. The initial student accommodation re paints soon were increased to communal areas of the campus.
We worked alongside the in house maintenance team and worked with the constant changing of areas to facilitating bookings in certain rooms that were needed.
