The Works at St Georges Square required us to carry out the external pre-paint repairs and decoration to all the commercial buildings on site.
Pre-paint repairs were undertaken to all bin stores which included renewing ironmongery, splice repairs to frame and open pale gates along with resin repairs followed by the application of Weathershield Wood Primer, Weathershield Undercoat and Gloss.
All access was obtained via 60ft MEWP’s along with scaffolding 2No gables elevations.
