The Wright roofing scheme is for the re-roofing and roofline works to 41-low rise domestic properties. The scheme was previously being completed by Forest, Seddon have now taken over the works and completed the contract in November 2019.
Bolton at Home had a clear objective of getting the scheme finished on-time with no delays, which Seddon adhered to. The scheme finished in November 2019 on-time and within the budget set.
Scope of works:
- gas safety checks (carried out by Bolton at Home, coordinated and managed by Seddon)
- Scaffold erection followed by further gas safety checks and safe isolation in conjunction with the roofing works
- Asbestos surveys and removal
