Delivered as part of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) framework, works at the DWP offices in Corby involved the strip out and replacement of the existing boiler system.
As the boiler was located in a boiler room outside of the main offices in the car park, disruption to the staff still using the offices was kept to a minimum.
The car park was kept open throughout and there was no requirement to provide temporary heating to the building during the works.
