This project for the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP) included working in an occupied 4 storey building.
Works include soft strip of the building, new data being installed to rooms, painting to all existing surfaces and deep cleaning to areas.
The works undertaken included a refresh of the 2nd floor, including removing furniture, the removal and replacement of damaged ceiling tiles, replacement of carpet tiles, decoration works, roof repairs and finally minor plumbing repairs and electrical installation of power to desks.
These works were undertaken during the COVID-19 Pandemic so site teams ensured that social distancing, face masks and visors were worn and extra hygiene practices were carried out.
