This project consisted of the design and build of 72 timber-framed houses.
We were contracted for the New Build Housing scheme on Duchy Rd Salford, on behalf of Great Places Housing Group.
We constructed 72 2, 3 & 4-bed properties for Outright Sale, Shared Ownership and Affordable Rent.
Works commenced with a muck shift which involved reducing the levels on-site to a point where we could install foundations and begin building.
We aimed to keep disruption around the site to a minimum and we monitored the tidiness of the surrounding roads and employed a road sweeper as necessary to maintain the cleanliness.
This scheme was a Considerate Constructers scheme and we utilised our apprentices on-site.
