A development of 36 residential dwellings on land between Almond Tree Avenue and Hillmorton Road in Coventry, developed in partnership with Citizen Housing Group.
Design and construction of 36 dwellings made up of 28 2 bedroom houses and eight 3 bedroom houses together with a new footpath, associated parking, servicing, landscaping and a surface water attenuation basin.
From the very start of the project, there was a key focus around local construction employment. Seddon will continue throughout the project to work collaboratively with Coventry City Council to help provide guidance and support in numerous areas.

- Help and support the organisation of Local community activities
Our site team also worked with the local people and community to build a strong, friendly relationship.

Almond Tree Avenue is a D&B scheme based on traditional construction, one of many schemes we have been appointed for Citizen Housing Group.
