This project consists of the development of 36 residential dwellings on land between Almond Tree Avenue and Hillmorton Road in Coventry, developed in partnership with Citizen.
Design and construction of 36 dwellings made up of 28 2B4P houses and eight 3B5P houses together with a new footpath, associated parking, servicing, landscaping and a surface water attenuation basin.
On the perimeter of the site was a small memorial where an accident had previously occurred housing flowers and keepsakes in tribute to the victim. We are currently working with Citizen to relocate the memorial or provide an alternative suitable tribute so as not to upset any residents to whom this memorial relates to.
This project is ongoing and is due to complete early/mid-2021.
