In June 2020, Seddon started refurbishment works to the 440 car parking facility whilst it was still live.
Works included; roofing repairs and recoating to three flat roofs, fitting of new fire doors to stairwells and redecoration works.
Split over two phases, the works were completed within the eight-week programme with minimal disruption to the operation of the car park.
