Work has commenced on much-needed, affordable new homes for local people in Goosnargh.
Housing association Onward Homes and contractor Seddon will be developing on land off Goosnargh Lane, after Preston City Council identified a need for more affordable housing in the area.
The properties will allow local people, currently priced out of the market to get onto the property ladder; bungalows for older people will also be provided.
