Full internal decoration works to Sheldon Fire Station, South Birmingham.
Seddon were appointed in February 2020 to undertake full painting and decoration works to Sheldon Fire Station for The West Midlands Fire Service. This project was won through a competitive tender stage, winning successfully. However, before the work could commence the team had to discuss and implement a key logistics plan on how they were going to complete the decoration works while the station was still live. They had to ensure that everyone was able to work safely with as little disruption as possible.
All Johnstones Trade Paints were used and were all Water Based Low VOC, Low Odour and Quick Drying Products.
The Ceilings were finished in Vinyl Matt Brilliant White
All Previously Painted Walls were finished in Acrylic Eggshell Magnolia
Woodwork and Metal Work finished in gloss in Brilliant White, Blue and Red.
The Basement Floor finished in 2 pack Water Based Floor Paint in Mid Grey.
