Kingsgate House is an NHS facility. When the Covid19 Pandemic broke out, the facility required minor repair works and full decoration, to prepare the area for clinical testing of Covid19 patients.
With tight time constraints of 5 days to complete the project, the team had to move fast to complete works that included decoration to the ground floor reception, offices, corridor, toilets and clinical rooms along with vinyl flooring to the toilet area, suspended ceiling replacements, joinery repairs to doors and frames followed by a deep clean to all areas.
The programme was handed over snag-free with 100% customer satisfaction.
