Great Places Housing Group have announced contractor and consultant partners on their new £750m Innovation Chain North framework.
The four-year framework which has placed social value at its heart, has been designed to support delivery of new homes across the north of England, not only for Great Places’ but also for other Housing Associations operating across the north of England.
Seddon have been appointed to two lots including the high value North West and North East categories. With high emphasis being placed on contractor’s social value pledges, including commitment to apprenticeships, work experience opportunities and volunteering hours, the framework sits perfectly against Seddon’s core ethics and values.

We received a large number of high-quality bids and we now have an excellent group of contractors and consultants covering a wide range of disciplines to support our housing delivery ambitions. Great Places and the other housing providers who access the framework look forward to working with them all in the future.
