We are pleased to release our Gender Pay Gap Report report for the period April 2020 to April 2021. We've been working hard to close the gap through various initiatives including our 'Grow our own' programme. We continue to focus our efforts on our three pillars approach which include:
- Attraction & Recruitment (Fostering an inclusive culture);
- Development (opportunities for all);
- Retention (ongoing review of people management processes)
Most of all……we shall continue to develop a culture that creates opportunities for everyone, regardless of gender.
