Commercial retrofit continues to be a key challenge for councils and private companies in the UK. In order to achieve legally binding carbon reduction targets, significant funding is now available for commercial retrofit including the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme (PSDS).
Procure Plus have launched a Commercial Retrofit DPS for services and works on non-domestic buildings. The DPS comprises of six lots to deliver commercial retrofit programmes, the lots are:
- Assessment and Planning
- Heat Networks
- Commercial Heating
- Green Walls and Roofs
- Commercial Fabric
- Turnkey Programmes
