Pagabo have introduced a new framework to deliver decarbonisation works for existing domestic and non-domestic estates, including education, commercial and leisure. The framework will aim to reduce operational carbon emissions and improving energy performance for a range of public sector buildings.

This framework provides real value and competition, through 4 lots with different value bands, with each lot further sub-divided into 12 sub-lots by geographic area.
