Lot 3 Decoration and Damp and Mould
MSV are a social landlord who own and mange almost 9,000 homes in Greater Manchester, Lancashire and West Yorkshire.
The DPS will allow contractors to deliver a range of services including but not limited to:
- Repairs and maintenance
- Compliance
- Lift Servicing and Maintenance
- Assets and Cyclical
- Facilities management and M&E
- Capital works (installations)
