Innovation Chain North is an OJEU compliant framework managed by Great Places Housing Group (GPHG). The framework will provide clients to deliver high quality, sustainable mixed-use housing and associated social infrastructure schemes.
The lots have been split into contractor lots and consultant lots which is further split by region and/or value. The high value lots (H1-H2) focus on schemes of 35 homes and above whereas the low value lots (L1-L5) are for 34 homes and below. The principal contractor lots (P1-P2) support the delivery of modular homes whereas the Apartment specialist lots (A1-A2) focus on the delivery of apartments. Consultancy lots (C1-C11) are split by region across the North and North East.
