The Encompass DPS, delivered by Efficiency North, enables the procurement of contractors for responsive repairs, void property works, planned maintenance, and refurbishment services. It is specifically designed to support housing providers in accessing local supply chains, particularly SMEs.
This DPS operates across the north of England and is structured to enable flexible procurement for both large and small-scale projects.
