The CPC Whole House Refurbishment Framework, managed by LHC and regional partners, provides a comprehensive route to procure contractors for the delivery of internal and external refurbishment works. This includes kitchen and bathroom replacements, electrical upgrades, window and door installations, roofing, and environmental improvement works.
It is available for use across England, Wales, and Scotland, and supports housing associations and local authorities with a structured, pre-approved supply chain.
