This four-year framework aims to provide members access to replace kitchens and bathrooms on 20- and 30-year cycles.
Housing Partnerships are happy to be appointed to both lots on CHIC’s Kitchens and Bathrooms Framework.
Lot 1 – Kitchens:

CHIC is a not for profit, member owned and governed asset management consortium. They provide a broad range of services primarily for the affordable housing sector but also for public sector bodies.
The framework will aim to support members in maintaining homes to ensure they meet the needs of customers and ensure excellent standards of living.
Works will cover repair, maintenance and the supply and installation of kitchens, bathrooms, wet rooms and electrics.
