CHIC is a not for profit, member owned and governed asset management consortium. They provide a broad range of services primarily for the affordable housing sector but also for public sector bodies.
The framework focusing on improving living standards from consultancy services, building works and services and digitisation. This framework will act as a bridge to align with the needs of landlords and tenants to drive the sector towards a more sustainable future. The framework have been split in to three different lots:
Lot 1- Consultancy Services
Companies on this lot who specialise in consultancy and design services will offer expertise in developing strategies, plans and assessments on energy efficiency.
Lot 2- Works and Services
Supplier on this lot will provide the execution of retrofitting measures, refurbishments and implementing energy efficient solutions.
Lot 3- Digitisation
Firms on this lot will provide digital tools and platforms for measuring, monitoring and manging the effectiveness of the implemented solutions.
CHIC Healthy Homes Framework is compliant with PAS 2030, PAS 2035 and Building Safety Bil standards, actively working as a unified solutions to meet net zero emissions goals.
Benefits
Membership: Membership of CHIC is free to join for any housing association, public sector body and charity. Members will also have access to all services available.
Supports decarbonisation and retrofit agendas: Carefully aligning with PAS 2030, PAS 2035 and the Building Safety Bill, the framework emphasises the importance of digitisation and energy-efficient solutions.
Dedication: There is an established Framework Core Group to encourage learning, standardisation, and collaboration for members to deliver new homes efficiently, ensuring the sector are working towards to same goal.
