Urban Outreach Christmas Dinner on Jesus drive supports thousands of families across Bolton over the festive season by providing hampers filled with everything an
individual family needs to put on a traditional Christmas dinner.

Bolton Lions Club Toy Appeal ensures hundreds of local children have something to smile about on Christmas Day. The appeal, now in its 39th year, helps families across the borough with gifts and vouchers for older children each year.

Newbury Vision Group provides activities to isolated groups in the local community.

Social Value Outcome

On the weeks leading up to Christmas and in collaboration with friends from the Clear Futures Framework & The Mayors Office in Bolton, volunteers from Seddon assisted with the assembly & packing of 1850 Christmas hampers. Seddon also provided a van and a driver every week for 8 weeks throughout November & December to assist Urban Outreach Christmas Appeal & made a financial donation towards the Appeal.

Seddon provided a driver, van and a financial donation to Bolton Lions Club Toy Appeal, supporting over 1700 Children to receive Christmas presents & donated 20 festive packages to Newbury Vision Groups Children's Christmas Party.

“It is always a pleasure to have the Seddon team volunteering at Christmas helping to deliver the Christmas Dinner On Jesus initiative, they are always a great asset on the day, friendly, efficient and always willing to help out”.
