A new residential care home opened its doors in Spring 2017.

Throughout the process, we had monthly meetings throughout the build with the client to update them on the process. We also kept in touch with the local community around the site through regular letter drop and newsletter drops. We also engaged with the local schools and went in to do health and safety talks with the students and drop off goody bags.
This project came with a high-end specification and we built a sample room/Marketing Suite which was finished 12 weeks prior to completion.
