Seddon were directly allocated this project from the Manchester City Council Small Works Framework.
The works consisted of Ground and first-floor minor refurbishment, including removal and cleaning of ceiling tiles, re-decoration, carpet cleaning and a section of new relamp and test lighting, new data installation, retest of mechanical services and strip out of redundant equipment. Works ran concurrently between the 1st and Ground floors.
The works also included the removal of ceiling tiles to enable new data installation, cleaning of ceiling tiles and replacement of new where required. Installation of timber pattressing where required and decoration. Relamping and test of all lighting and the removal of all mechanical redundant services with a retest. New carpets were laid and cleaned before completion.
