Nationally operating construction specialist, Seddon has completed work on 84 new homes for social landlord. Developed in partnership with Halton Housing, which has more than 7,000 homes across Cheshire and the North West, Seddon completed the work in just under two years. The completed homes represent the third project of this kind that Seddon has undertaken with Halton in the Cheshire.
Nationally, in the last three years, Seddon has built more than 1,365 new homes and apartments through a mixture of tenures, including housing for sale, shared ownership and market rent.

Seddon Housing Partnerships is part of the wider Seddon group and operates throughout the North West and the Midlands. It provides painting and mechanical and electrical works as well as small works, alterations and extensions to properties of all kinds. It has refurbished 2285 properties in the last three years.

The company works with local authorities, housing providers and housebuilders to build new and improve existing homes.
