Rise Construction Framework is a one-stop shop for capital works and services. The framework consists of 97 supply partners (over 80% of which are SMEs) who are experienced at delivering capital projects across multiple sectors including health, education, housing and local authority. The framework operates across the Northwest, North Wales and Yorkshire & Humberside and will run until March 2030.
