Seddon are delighted to have been appointed to this innovative decarbonisation framework, to provide improvement works to a range of public sector buildings.
- Lot 2 North West and Mids £1-£5m
Fusion21 is a social enterprise focusing on efficient and impactful public sector procurement, with a strong belief in social value running through every project.
Lot 2 focuses on the decarbonisation of public and education buildings, including education (schools, colleges and universities), health (hospitals, mental health facilities, surgeries, care homes) and the wider public sector (civic, office and mixed use, retail, museums, libraries and theatres and community and recreation centres).
Works include but are not limited to:
- Fabric Improvement measures
- Insulation systems
- External works e.g. windows & doors
- Renewable energy systems
- Solar photovoltaic and battery storage systems
- Heat pumps
- Building improvements/refurbishments including roofing
