The development is conveniently located within walking distance of the local supermarket and health care centre and less than a mile from Crewe town centre so that residents can keep their independence.
There is also an internal landscaped courtyard with raised flower beds, patio areas and walkways for the residents and family members to enjoy. Car parking is also available on site for visitors and staff, plus emergency ambulance bays. The contract was a traditional build with brick and block walls, beam and block concrete floors, trussed roof and roof tiles, some small areas of single ply flat roof is also included.
