Four refurbishment projects throughout Stoke-on-Trent including Chell Street Bungalows, Chell Heath Shops, Six Blocks and Bankhall Estate.
Newford Estate: Refurbishment of 59 council owned terraced bungalows at five locations on the Newford Estate in Sneyd Green. The project covered 24 gable end bungalows and 35 mid bungalows and the works were split into two lots which included roofing, facades, kitchens and bathrooms. See the full case study here.
Chell Street Bungalows:16 self-contained gable end and mid terraced bungalows. Works comprised external replacement of windows, internal reinstatement works, roof works including eaves, soffits, guttering, fascias and loft insulation.
Chell Heath Shops: Four shop units to the ground floor and two self-contained flats on the first floor. Works included new external communal main entrance doors, communal electrics and associated enabling works.
Six Blocks: Roofing works to occupied premises on Downfield Place, Drakeford Grove and Newcastle Street. Works comprised demolition and deconstruction, loft insulation, rebuilding of chimney stacks, leadwork and weathering, rainwater goods, paintwork, brickwork, painting and decorating, electrical works, fire compliant windows and doors and associated external works.
Bankhall Estate: Supply and fit of the front and rear doors and timber outhouse doors.
