The project involved the external and internal refurbishment of two occupied office buildings in Kidderminster. The client wanted to refresh a tired building.
The project was undertaken in multiple phases to help minimise disruption to the existing occupiers. One of the main drivers for the client was to stay within budget.
The works internally included supplying new LED lighting throughout, the suspended ceiling was replaced. Floors and decorations were replaced throughout with communal corridors, stairwells and kitchenettes were also updated.
Externally we carried out cleaning, re-painting of the existing steel windows and canopies to the three-storey building which involved arranging a part road closure for safe access.
