During Mental Health Awareness Week 2019 we organised a Seddon Hug in the back garden of our offices, to encourage people to open up and talk about mental health. This hug was accompanied by Jordans Conversation (mental health toolbox talks) being delivered on site and in the offices and our #Take10At10 initiative, encouraging our team to stop for 10 minutes at 10am to have a brew and a chat with others.
