Internal decoration works to the newly refurbished East Northamptonshire Council Offices.
The contract was split into 4 phases, this was due to the offices still being working offices but with limited staff members due to the pandemic. There was multiple discussions with the client to ensure the specifications were met at all times, including the paints used. Each phase was completed on programme for the client with Seddon painting increased the labour when necessary to achieve this.
