Kitchens and Bathrooms: Survey, design, and replacement of kitchens and bathrooms in various high and low rise properties in Coventry. Works carried out in occupied domestic dwellings, including multi-storey blocks with limited access via small lifts and staircases.

Fire Doors: Fire improvement works to various high rise and low rise occupied residential buildings in Coventry. Works included full survey and replacement of property and communal door sets to a range of buildings from 17 storey flats to three storey elderly persons sheltered accommodation.
Works comprise the removal and replacement of all doors and frames, communal glazed screens, meter cupboard and fire compartment doors, together with the front doors to each of the flats. Replacement of fire safety signage, fire stopping to service areas, redecoration to communal areas and new flooring to landings
