Major internal and external refurbishment to an existing nine-storey tower block along with a roof extension and basement conversion creating 15 new flats including extensive external and internal repair and improvement works plus balcony enclosures and cladding.
Around the existing building, we are constructing 16 new homes together with significant external and landscaping works to the site in Oldbury.
Alteration and refurbishment of the existing nine storey block of flats, construction of eight two bed and eight four bed semi-detached houses together with hard and soft landscaping, roads and car parks.
The works in the high rise generally comprises of construction of ten new flats at roof level, construction of three new flats, two new bed sits and office accommodation in the basement complete with refurbishment and modification of all existing flats.
The new houses will consist of trench filled foundations with beam and block ground floors, masonry load bearing cavity walls, tiled pitched roofs, plastered and decorated finishes, kitchens and bathrooms, UPVC windows and doors and mechanical and electrical installations.
